Shipping OptionsTrek7 normally ships using the United States Postal Service. USPS requires a full street address. Rural routes are acceptable but may take additional time. Trek7 does not permit a carrier to redirect a package to a new address after it has been shipped.
Shipping CostsTo determine actual shipping costs, add the products to your cart and click CHECKOUT. Enter your country, state, and zip code and the actual shipping charges should appear. Shipping costs are calculated real-time against published USPS rates based on information provided to us by the shipping company at the time of checkout. While charges are usually very accurate, there can be times when you underpay for shipping and times that you slightly overpay. Overages will be deemed "handling" fees and will not be entitled to credit or refund.
Alternative CarriersTrek7 reserves the right to change the shipping method and shipping carrier at its own discretion. Every attempt will be made to use similar services between carriers but customers are not gauranteed a delivery time, nor specific carrier. Customers will not be entitled to refund for differing prices between carriers. Customers may request alternative shipping carriers but may be subject to minimum order quantities and fees to be determined by Trek7. Please contact us for further details using our CONTACT FORM.
International ShippingWhile International shipping charges are calculated real-time within our shopping cart by USPS, Trek7 reserves the right to request additional funds to cover any significant shipping differences between the amount charged to the customer and the actual shipping charges. Trek7 will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that results at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized in customs. Trek7 will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office.
